Joint pain is a common problem, for a number of reasons namely; sports, injuries, overuse, change in weight and postural problems.
Many people come to see me because of the pain caused by an overuse injury or strain. Attempts to fix the problem have failed, and the painful joint remains inflamed on further use. The resulting distractions effect's the integrity of the joint and what was a fun activity is no longer.
